What a licence means
Licensed, checked, on the list
The Home Office lists Boscombe Visionplus Ltd. because it applied, was checked and continues to meet its sponsor duties. Whether a given job qualifies still depends on the role and the pay under the current rules.
How to approach them
Lead with the role, not the visa
Apply through the careers page or the job boards with a UK-style CV, say early that you would need sponsorship, and make the skill and the years the first thing they read.
