Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For Bisc Group Ltd the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
What a licence means
The slow part is done
Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. Bisc Group Ltd has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.
How to approach them
Ask the question early
Sponsorship is a yes or no per role. Ask in the first message whether the vacancy qualifies for a Certificate of Sponsorship; it saves everyone a wasted interview and marks you as someone who knows the system.
