What a licence means

They can sponsor. That is all it says.

A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean Ben Construction Ltd is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Ben Construction Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.

The register

The register lists Ben Construction Ltd in Romford as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. Rating on the current register: Worker (A rating).

At Companies House the business is Ben Construction Ltd (company number 11943573), a private limited company incorporated in 2019, 7 years ago. The registered office is at 16 Broomfield Road, Romford, RM6 6JT, RM6 6JT. By its SIC codes the business is in construction.

A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.
