What a licence means

They can sponsor. That is all it says.

A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean BDR2 Ltd is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes BDR2 Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.

The register

The register lists BDR2 Ltd in Llandudno as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).

Companies House lists it as BDR2 LTD, number 14153436, incorporated 2022: 4 years of filings behind the name. The registered office is at 1 North Parade, Llandudno, LL30 2LP, LL30 2LP. By its SIC codes the business is in hospitality.

Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For BDR2 Ltd the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
