What a licence means

The slow part is done

Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. Babz Tech Ltd has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.

How to approach them

Ask the question early

Sponsorship is a yes or no per role. Ask in the first message whether the vacancy qualifies for a Certificate of Sponsorship; it saves everyone a wasted interview and marks you as someone who knows the system.

The register

Babz Tech Ltd is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).

At Companies House the business is Babz Tech Ltd (company number 09031899), a private limited company incorporated in 2014, 12 years ago. Registered office: Unit W12 Lenton Boulevard, Lenton Business Centre, Nottingham, NG7 2BY, NG7 2BY. Its filed activity puts it in retail.

A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.
