What a licence means
The slow part is done
Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. Attentive Carers Ltd has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.
How to approach them
Make the certificate easy
The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Attentive Carers Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
The register
The register lists Attentive Carers Ltd in Macclesfield as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).
Companies House lists it as Attentive Carers Ltd, number 14909294, incorporated 2023: 3 years of filings behind the name. Registered office: Suite 7 Sunrise Business Park, Hulley Road, Macclesfield, SK10 2LP, SK10 2LP. By its SIC codes the business is in health care.
Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For Attentive Carers Ltd the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
