A gate, not a guarantee
The register tells you the gate is there. It says nothing about vacancies. For that, Athans International's own careers page and the job boards are the source, and they change with the season.
How to approach them
Make the certificate easy
The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Athans International say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
The register
The register lists Athans International in brentwood as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).

Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For Athans International the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
