A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.

A gate, not a guarantee
The register tells you the gate is there. It says nothing about vacancies. For that, Assembly Festival's own careers page and the job boards are the source, and they change with the season.
How to approach them
Make the certificate easy
The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Assembly Festival say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
