A gate, not a guarantee
The register tells you the gate is there. It says nothing about vacancies. For that, Aon Contracts Ltd's own careers page and the job boards are the source, and they change with the season.
How to approach them
Make the certificate easy
The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Aon Contracts Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
The register
Aon Contracts Ltd is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in Barnet and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. Its rating on the register is Worker (A rating).

What the licence tells a candidate is that the door is not locked. Whether it is open this month is a question for Aon Contracts Ltd's own careers page and the job boards, and the answer changes with the season and the order book.
