What a licence means

The slow part is done

Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. Anesco Limited has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Anesco Limited say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.

The register

The register lists Anesco Limited in Reading as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. Rating on the current register: Worker (A rating).

At Companies House the business is Anesco Limited (company number 07443091), a private limited company incorporated in 2010, 15 years ago. Registered office: The Green Easter Park, Benyon Road, Reading, Berkshire, RG7 2PQ, RG7 2PQ. By its SIC codes the business is in construction.

Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For Anesco Limited the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
