A gate, not a guarantee
The register tells you the gate is there. It says nothing about vacancies. For that, Alyil Ltd's own careers page and the job boards are the source, and they change with the season.
How to approach them
Make the certificate easy
The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Alyil Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
The register
The register lists Alyil Ltd in Poole as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).

A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.
