What a licence means
Licensed, checked, on the list
The Home Office lists Alex Dumitrache Limited because it applied, was checked and continues to meet its sponsor duties. Whether a given job qualifies still depends on the role and the pay under the current rules.
How to approach them
Lead with the role, not the visa
