A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.
What a licence means
They can sponsor. That is all it says.
A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean AJ Engineering & Construction Services Limited is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.
