A gate, not a guarantee

The register tells you the gate is there. It says nothing about vacancies. For that, Affinity Water's own careers page and the job boards are the source, and they change with the season.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Affinity Water say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.

The register

Affinity Water is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).

Affinity Water Limited is the registered name (Companies House number 02546950), a private limited company on the register since 1990. Registered office: Tamblin Way, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9EZ, AL10 9EZ. By its SIC codes the business is in energy, water and waste. It has traded under other names before, including Veolia Water Central Limited, Veolia Water Central PLC.

A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.
