What a licence means
They can sponsor. That is all it says.
A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean Active Tech Ltd is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.
How to approach them
Make the certificate easy
The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Active Tech Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
The register
Active Tech Ltd is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in Romford and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).
Companies House lists it as Active Tech Ltd, number 14221100, incorporated 2022: 4 years of filings behind the name. The registered office is at St James House 27-43 Eastern Road, Romford, RM1 3NH, RM1 3NH. By its SIC codes the business is in wholesale.
A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.
