A gate, not a guarantee

The register tells you the gate is there. It says nothing about vacancies. For that, Abernethy Trust's own careers page and the job boards are the source, and they change with the season.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes Abernethy Trust say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.

The register

Abernethy Trust is licensed to sponsor workers on Charity Worker. The organisation is based in Nethy Bridge, Inverness-shire and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. Rating on the current register: Temporary Worker (A rating).

At Companies House the business is Abernethy Trust Limited (company number SC049387), a company limited by guarantee incorporated in 1971, 55 years ago. Registered office: Abernethy Trust, Nethy Bridge, Inverness-Shire, PH25 3ED, PH25 3ED. By its SIC codes the business is in hospitality.

A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.
