A gate, not a guarantee
The register tells you the gate is there. It says nothing about vacancies. For that, A&J Autos Ltd's own careers page and the job boards are the source, and they change with the season.
How to approach them
Make the certificate easy
The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes A&J Autos Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.
The register
The register lists A&J Autos Ltd in Leicester as a licensed sponsor on Skilled Worker, an entry that goes back to at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).
A & J Autos Ltd is the registered name (Companies House number 06318736), a private limited company on the register since 2007. Registered office: 32 Turner Road, Leicester, LE5 0QA, LE5 0QA. By its SIC codes the business is in motor trade and vehicle repair.
A licence says an organisation may sponsor; it does not say it is hiring today. The way to find out is the same as for any employer: the careers page, the job boards, and a direct approach with a UK-style CV that says early that sponsorship would be needed.
