What a licence means

The slow part is done

Getting a licence takes an application, checks and a fee, and most employers never bother. 4PS Construction Solutions Limited has, which means when a role qualifies the certificate can be assigned without months of preparation.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes 4PS Construction Solutions Limited say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.

The register

4PS Construction Solutions Limited, Birmingham, holds a Home Office sponsor licence on the Skilled Worker route, and has been on the register since at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).

For a candidate this means one less obstacle: 4PS Construction Solutions Limited already has the licence most employers would have to apply for. The rest is the ordinary job of getting the interview.
