What a licence means

They can sponsor. That is all it says.

A sponsor licence lets an organisation assign a Certificate of Sponsorship to a worker on the routes it covers. It does not mean 2ms Construction Ltd is hiring from abroad this month, only that it can, and has been checked by the Home Office to do so.

How to approach them

Make the certificate easy

The employer assigns the certificate; you supply what it needs. Certificates, references, your English level and a clear licence position, all ready, is what makes 2ms Construction Ltd say yes to the sponsored candidate over the unsponsored one.

The register

2ms Construction Ltd is licensed to sponsor workers on Skilled Worker. The organisation is based in Newmarket, Suffolk and has held its place on the register since at least 2026. The register records its rating as Worker (A rating).

2MS Construction Ltd. is the registered name (Companies House number 06458364), a private limited company on the register since 2007. The registered office is at St James' Hall, Mill Road, Lancing, West Sussex, BN15 0PT, BN15 0PT. By its SIC codes the business is in construction.

Holding a licence is the expensive, slow part done. For 2ms Construction Ltd the question each time is only whether the role and the pay fit the current rules, and that is checked per vacancy.
