How it works

Five steps, and you are needed at two of them

    We agree the role and the plan

    One call. The job, the salary, the start date and the number of people. We check the salary against the permit or visa thresholds and tell you plainly what applies. In Ireland, where a Labour Market Needs Test is needed, we run it for you at no charge.

    We find and trade test, you choose

    We source through our own offices and test sites and send you a shortlist with trade test results and video. Interview remotely, or come out on a recruitment trip, meet them and test them yourself. You make every hiring decision.

    We do the paperwork

    The employment permit or visa application, the contracts, the documents, medicals and the scheduling, with you signing only what needs your signature. You can follow every hire online as it moves.

    We bring them over

    Flights, transport and arrival, timed to your start date.

    We help them settle

    Bank account, registration, driving licence, where to live and shop, and someone to ring. We stay with them and with you until well after they have started.

Remote, or come and see

Meet them on a screen, or in the workshop

Most clients do it all remotely: the shortlist, video interviews and the trade test results arrive together, and you choose from your desk. Others would rather see the work themselves. Come out on a recruitment trip to one of our test sites, meet the candidates, and test them yourself. We arrange the days, the workshop and the candidates.

What employers ask us first

We only need one or two people. Is that worth your while?

Yes. Most of our clients hire one or two at a time. The fee is per person, and the paperwork is the same work whether it is one or ten.

We already have someone in mind. Can you just do the permit or visa?

Yes. Tell us who they are and we do the employment permit or visa application and the paperwork, for a fixed fee. See the prices for new applications, transfers and renewals. Prices.

We have no HR team.

You do not need one. We prepare everything and tell you exactly what needs your signature and when.

How long does it take?

It depends on the permit or visa and on the processing times the Department in Ireland or the Home Office in the UK are working to at the time. We tell you the current position on the first call, before you commit, and you can follow each hire online as it moves.

Can we meet the candidates before we decide?

Yes. By video from your desk, or on a recruitment trip to one of our test sites, where you can test them yourself.

What does the candidate pay?

Nothing. We never charge candidates, for anything.

What does it cost us?

Our prices are published. Government fees, and for overseas hires the flights, medicals and overseas testing, are passed on at cost. Prices.
