For people already in Ireland
Already in Ireland? Then most of this site is not for you. This page is.
If you have the right to work in Ireland now, whether you are Irish, from the EU or the UK, or on a stamp that lets you work, forget the permit pages. What matters is your trade, your licence and where you can get to. Tell us those three things and we tell you what we have. You never pay us anything.
A lot of the people we place who are already here trained abroad and are working in a warehouse or a kitchen because nobody asked what their trade was. If that is you, this page is for you. If you trained here, same page, same jobs, same rate.

Who this page is for
Anyone with a trade and the right to work
Our clients pay the rate for the job. Not a rate for your passport, your gender, your accent or which county you live in. The figure on an ad is what the person doing that job is paid, and it is the same figure for everyone we put forward.
Trained abroad and never been asked what your trade is? Trained here and want indoors, days, nearer home or a better yard? Same page, same jobs. If a Red Seal, a Code 14, a trade test certificate or an apprenticeship from anywhere is what you hold, that is what we ask about.
How it goes
Three steps, none of them paperwork
Tell us your trade, your licence and your county
WhatsApp, or the form below. A CV helps; a list of what you have driven or worked on is nearly as good.
A short conversation, and a look at what you can do
We talk about what you want out of the next job as much as what you did in the last one. Where an employer wants a practical assessment, it is at their yard, on their kit.
Interview with the employer, then a start date
We put you in front of the person who does the hiring. Notice periods and start dates are agreed between you and them, with us in the middle if that helps.
Straight answers
What to expect from us
Money
The employer pays us. You never do, at any stage, for anything. Where an ad shows a salary it is the employer's figure, not a guess.
Indoors, days, nearer home
Say so. Plenty of mechanics want out of the wet ground and plenty of employers have an indoor workshop. Matching that is most of the job.
Honesty
We do not have every job in Ireland. We have the ones on the live jobs page and the ones about to be. We read every registration; due to the high volume of applicants we cannot reply to everyone, but if your experience fits a role we are working on, we will be in touch.
The long answer
For the full permit data on every Irish employer and practical guides on finding opportunities in Ireland, our partner Irish Talents goes into far more detail than this page. All our partners.

For employers
Hiring people already in Ireland?
We have a pool of drivers, mechanics, welders and fitters who are here now, with the right to work. No permit, interviews in days, start on their notice. Overseas, trade tested, when you want a longer bench.
- No retainer. Nothing to sign until you have met people.
- Trade tested before you see them, not after.
- Nothing is ever charged to the candidate.
