What this tells you

History counts

All n One Ltd has no permits this year but has used the route before. The know-how is still in the building, and a well-timed approach can be the reason the next application happens.

How to approach them

Apply like a local candidate

Check All n One Ltd's own careers page and the job boards, apply with an Irish-style CV, and be clear in the first message that you would need an employment permit and that you know what that involves.

The record

All n One Ltd last took an employment permit in 2022, when 2 were issued. Nothing so far in 2026, which may mean the need was met, the roles were filled locally, or the hiring cycle has simply not come round yet.

The history is short and small: 4 permits since 2020, over 2 years.

For candidates

What you need to work here

  • A job offer and a contract of employment signed by you and the employer before anything is submitted. Applications must reach the Department at least 12 weeks before the start date.
  • The right permit for the job. Most trades and driving roles go through a General Employment Permit, which is issued for 2 years and can be renewed. Roles on the Critical Skills list use a Critical Skills Employment Permit.
  • Pay at or above the minimum for the permit. For a General Employment Permit the Department currently lists it as generally EUR 36,605 a year, with lower figures for meat processing, horticulture, healthcare assistants and home support. Check the official figure for your role before you rely on it.
