For employers in Ireland and the UK
How a placement works, step by step
Most agencies send a CV and go quiet. Here is what happens instead: a record that starts the moment a CV reaches you, an interview booked from it, an update every evening there is movement, the candidate's documents collected and chased without you or us lifting a phone, the application assembled from what is on file, and the invoice raised on the day the person starts. Six people run it across five countries because the system does the administration and the people do the judgement.
The nine steps
From the first CV to the first day
The brief
You tell us the roles, the numbers, the site and the date, by phone, by form or with the hiring planner. If the role needs a Labour Market Needs Test, we start it.
What you see: A written plan back: which route the role qualifies for, what the Department or the Home Office is currently quoting, and a start date to plan around.
Tested candidates
Local candidates first. Where local supply is short, our own test centres in Johannesburg, Manila and Dubai put the candidate on the tools, on video, on the processes your job needs. Drivers do a practical drive.
What you see: One branded CV per candidate, with the test result and the interview notes, not a pile of applications.
The record starts
The moment a CV is sent to you, a record exists on our side: who went to whom, for what, when, sent by whom. The record follows that candidate through every step below.
What you see: Nothing yet, and that is the point: no chasing, no "did you get my email".
The interview
Booked from the record in one press, in your time zone and the candidate's. Interview questions for the trade are on the site if you want them.
What you see: A Teams invite in your calendar with the CV attached. Join from your desk; no one from Sama needs to be in the room.
You say yes
The offer becomes a placement on our board with an owner, the next action and a date. The candidate gets their own page, in their own language, with their side of the same steps.
What you see: A private page for this hire showing every step from offer to first day, and an email whenever the stage moves.
Documents, collected for you
The candidate is asked on WhatsApp, in their language, for exactly what is missing (passport, photo, trade certificates, police clearance) and asked again every three days until it is complete. What they send is filed to the placement automatically.
What you see: Documents appear on the hire's page as they arrive, checked by us before you see them.
The application
Everything on file is assembled into one data sheet, gaps named, so the application goes in complete the first time. Complete applications join the queue; incomplete ones do not.
What you see: The permit or sponsorship paperwork prepared with you, and the Department's current processing date quoted in writing, never a guess.
Arrival and start
Visa, flights, accommodation, PPS or National Insurance number, bank account, phone. Induction on day one. Check-ins after. The invoice is raised on the start date, not before.
What you see: Your person on site on the day agreed, with the practical things already done.
After
Every date was captured when it happened, so nothing is reconstructed later. The replacement guarantee runs off the same record.
What you see: A reminder before the permit or visa ends, with a Renew button, and a weekly update while anything is in progress.
Every evening
You are told before you ask
Every client with movement that day gets one short message at half past five: what changed, what is next, start dates. On WhatsApp if that is where you talk to us, otherwise by email. Reply with a question and the assistant answers from the record; anything it cannot answer goes to a person, and a member of our team gets back to you. On Monday mornings, one email covers everyone you have with us.
The data behind it
We know the market because we built the record of it
29,989 employment permits issued to Irish employers so far this year, employer by employer, back to 2010. All 127,362 UK licensed sponsors matched to Companies House. The Department's processing dates, read every day and turned into weeks. When we tell you what a role needs and how long it will take, it is from the published record, dated, not from memory.

Questions
What employers ask before the first order
Do I have to use a system to work with you?
No. You brief us by phone if you like and the rest happens on our side. What you get is the page, the invite and the evening update; you never log into anything unless you want to.
What does it cost?
One fixed fee per person, quoted before we start and invoiced when they start; the current rates are on our prices page. No retainer. Government fees and travel are recharged at cost and shown separately. Candidates never pay us anything, at any stage; that is the law for a licensed agency in Ireland and our rule everywhere.
How long does it take?
Local candidates can start within weeks. From abroad, the permit or sponsorship is the long part and it runs on the government's clock; we quote the current processing date in writing on the first call and it is on our processing times page every day.
What if the person does not work out?
The replacement guarantee is in the terms and it runs off the same record as everything else, so it is honoured without a conversation about dates.
