Group strategy, commercial direction and marketing. Martin runs the Irish business and the client side of it, and he is usually the one on the recruitment trips.

Around the core team sit our own recruiters, coordinators and trade testers, plus a network of more than three hundred working alongside them through JobsGlobal.com, Cross Country and our three partners in South Africa.
They are not call centres. They are people who know their local market, speak their candidates' language, and have been in the trade long enough to know a good welder from a CV embellisher. The reach is theirs. Every screening and every trade test is still ours.
